    Suspension Bushings!!!

    Hi All,

Planning to do a suspension refresh when my CX Racings get here (thanks Josh!). ANyone got suggestions for what/ where I should be getting a Poly kit for the car? What should I be doing/ not doing? I think the car might already have some polys in the front control arms but apart from that it looks stock. Will be going the HD Strut mounts.

ANy opinions on Prothane? Found this:
Clutch Kits, Flywheels, APR VW Performance & Audi Oem Parts Source FourSeasonTuning.com.

And it looks like a bloody good price to me.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

For a daily street car id move away from poly and get rubber or HD bushes. Poly can be very noisey and also not suited to daily applocations IMO.

I installed my coil overs last weekend and was stupid enough to not get new bushes. Went round to the mechanic earlier this week to get them replaces but he ****ed me around and didn't do it... So I'm thinking of installing these myself:

Stage 1 HD refresh kit on ECS might be what you're looking for, includes the upper strut mounts too.

    Suspension Bushings!!!

Yeah get HD upper strut mounts, new ball joints, R32 rear control arm bushings and either poly or normal front control arm bushes. Get new tie rods and swaybar end links as well and you car will transform into a completely different beast to drive.

Try German Auto Parts, I got my all my suspension refresh parts from them. They're good to deal with and have pretty reasonable prices too.
