awsome,Thanks everybody!!
i thought that supercharge was the way to go... but i really wanted to get the turbo flutter *swho too too too*
Pullstarter, i happen to be in the freight forwarding business, and i an practically move the cargo into Australia for free...
so ive still got the importing in my head...
Here are a couple of photos of my car, i actually bought it about a year ago, and ive been in and out of these forums and figured i needed some direction...
ive got the following mods in mind for the future...
Supercharge of course...
coilovers(needed badly, maybe first on list as it scrapes when i have a full load)
and i want the agressive bonnet!! does any one know where to get this??
One again Ta!!
You can either grab a part off sites like tmtuning, ecstuning i think, or even ebay for the bonnet extensions. They're the easy to put on plastic ones. I'd love one, but alas I'm an anal mofo and I would rather weld an identically made METAL one onto my bonnet so there's no lines where she gets angry
Oh, and welcome to the forum mate, you'll have a great time here with your VR I'm telling you

one thread VS several thousand people running +6psi C2 and related software, c'mon the only limit is the limit of the components and the setup, just like running more 7 psi without a decent intercooler is not particularly clever. Sounds more like he butchered his loom more than anything, and besides how can a the machine code changed on the ECU chip cause overheating, overloading and the eventual destruction of the whole ECU? He quite clearly did the soldering himself on that board and missed a few legs on the chip housing trying to save a few bucks on what is a rather delicate job. Thats preposterous, I'm sorry... Don't believe everything you see on the Tex'. Keep in mind there are people like me and you posting on it as well, and that doesn't inspire confidence in the site now does it
Back on track here, you are unfortunately most likely having to go standalone or piggy back ecu if you want to 'blow your VR. I suggest tackling the most difficult problem first and sorting out your computer, everything else is pretty much off the shelf, with the exception of the down-pipe.
