Oem/ hd oem are the go. Powerflex ones etc are just an unnecessary expense
Hey Guys,
Ever so slowly working through getting my VR on the road and recently had a pre-roadworthy inspection done which actually came back pretty good.
There are 2 things that stick out:
1. Front Draft Shaft Boot - Anyone got any ideas on how much I'd be looking at for this? Not going to do this myself.
2. Front Upper Strut Mounts - I'll be doing these myself, does anyone have any recommendations for which ones? From what I've found, not a lot can be sourced from Australia, so I think the UK will be my best bet.
10 points for any links provided.
Cheers!

Done a shipping quote from ecs?
If buying from them get the hd oem spec ones
Yea... $60 haha! Got a random set from the UK express delivery for $70. I'll be doing a whole refresh once I get my coils so these will do for now

hey there, looking to replace the top mounts while installing new coilovers as well.
Did you get the bearings and the top mount?
Is it necessary to get both?
thanks
