Spark Plugs for Mk3 GL?

I'm confused. I've seen a number of threads here on spark plugs and I still can't work out what I am supposed to put in...

I have a 02/95 built 02/96 imported Golf Mk3 GL. The VIN is WVWZZZ1HZSW443636, the engine number 048103373 and it says 'Type 1H' on the VIN plaque.

Can someone please advise the original fitment plugs (and their NGK equivalent if possible assuming they were Bosch) or whether there is a better alternative (and why?).

The car is driven by my 18 y.o. daughter who is ultra-cautious so it isn't going to be driven hard (well, maybe occasionally when I take it out ). Does town traffic and I doubt she ever revs it above 3 -3.5K.
