    I'll make a new thread "Tazzy's VR6" with some pics pommy golfer asap!

    My dad's playing around with some pvc pipe to make a template for these spark plug pullers. When he gets it right ill post some pics and demensions on here so you can make your own out of steel.

    if u have an angle grinder and a dremel its seriously not that hard to do. especially if you have a plastic one already to use as a guide

    That would be very handy since I don't have the stock one to have a go at making my own... Maybe you should start making and selling them

    I didnt even know there was a tool to do this!!! I used a pair of long nosed pliyers to remove mine!

    yes i could just tell dad i keep losing them so he makes more and i could start up my own lucrative business!

    Hey tassie euro mk1 when we (my dad) gets the design right i'll get him to make one for you. he's only using leftover steel pipe from work so no cost. I'll PM you when i'm heading up to devenport next

    Here is the DIY spark plug puller.

    First we made a concept out of plastic to get the general shape.


    Then we moved onto steel to get the final measurments.


    And the final product is made of 18mm ID alloy. Use either alloy or copper. To cut the slot you need an endmill or digrinder or dremel or a rotory burr.
