The best way is to play around with the height adjustability once you have them in. Wind them about half way down before you put them in to save some time and effort later on. So much easier to adjust them when they arent in the car with all the added weight ontop!
Im running the same coils as your getting (which might I add are fantastic!) and I have the rears wound down so there is still 90mm left of the thread from the bottom of the thread to the bottom of the 2nd collar nut (just under the spring basically)
Thats with 195/45/16s and the car sits basically flat (im not a huge fan of rake either)
