did somebody say spt?! well...... as a matter of fact, i know!

spt harks back to the old days when it was illegal to have the tread outside of the wheel guard. and people always love dub slammage and poke. So... how do you get the wheels to tuck under the guard, whilst poking out, but still being legal - with the tyres still under the guards?

the solution: SPT - Stretch Poke Tuck.

Its great mate. Was very surprised with the ride quality, had mine in for a few months now and love em. Great for daily use and great for pushing it through the hills

so the coils are now fitted and here are my initial thoughts:

    * turn in is super quick! with such a short wheel base the short quick turns brings the bum around very quickly. amazing handling for something so nose heavy.

    * tyre roll now an issue on crappy 205/50's.

    * the car feels slower now as the back doesnt sag on hard acceleration, though im sure itll be quicker in a drag as more pressure will be kept on the front wheels

    * very comfortable overall. the front is perfect. the back is stiff! specially seeing as ive taken out the spare so the back isnt very forgiving on bumpy roads. all being said, its is livable and still a helluvalot more comfortable than alot of coils ive ridden in.

    * braking feels more solid. less nose dip.

    * torque steer and tramlining more previlant but nothing too serious.

before and after pics to follow soon
