    just the way they expect you to mount it with those silly little screws and grommet thingies!? I'm not sure how it's going to stop the flex of the chassis?? maybe weld it in? But basicly there's no need for a front top strut tie bar because the towers are welded to the firewall so there's no chance of side to side flex . . .

    I always thought a strut top bar was there to keep the towers from flexing vertically (ie towers flexing up and down during hard cornering). By the sounds of it, our towers mightn't need it because they're welded..is that right?

    i bought an adjustable strut brace from tim and iv noticed quite a bit of difference certainly less body roll now
    its not a huge difference but hey an improvement is an improvement

    I know it sounds terrible and negative but I severely doubt the big difference, it's probably just in your head knowing you have it there gave you more confidence to throw it harder into corners perhaps; I just don't see how it could be stronger than the welded firewall?
