MissingLinkZ's stuff are very good, but I don't have first-hand experience. I bought and combined two short shifter kits, Autotech's and ABD Racing's.

Autotech's reduced the forward-and-back throw while the ABD one reduced the side-to-side as well as used a different weight rod. I installed them at the same time as I refreshed all the bushings and rods and the result was ****in' amazing.

I managed to buy the two products above second-hand so they weren't expensive at all. I ended up selling them to PMK on the forums and he likes the feel now too.

RayRay, do you need to install both the weighted rod and the short shifter??? I was just going to go with the Short Shifter as i will be in doing the relay ball, using the OEM weighted rod

Not necessary to change the weighted rod, it came with my other short shifter so I just did it anyway.
