Rayray, it wasnt that long ago - just after Tim did the front lip spoiler group buy (maybe 3 months ago?). I bought the RSD one (the only one available for the VR6, as far as I can tell). It was US$129 total price at my door. Absolute bugger to fit though.. treid to do it myself but couldnt get my big paws in there. I took it to my mechanic who had to drop the gearbox to fit the S/S!

Tim, thanks for the heads up. Will have to look into what needs to be done to reduce the left-to-right. Do you think I could come and have a look at your engine bay to try and work out what bits are different so I can then fabricate something?

Are we going to work out where we want to get them from? I would like one similar to Tim's, and it seems like TMTuning only does the RSD kit.

i ordered mine direct from dieselgeek.com themselves. I think the price is higher now than what i paid for. but check it out. installation isnt too hard. but you do need a dremel. they have instructions on their website. check it out if youre worried.

    Hi,

And hello everyone, I'm rather new here.

I'm interested too - I've just bought a 96 Cabby, and the shift, well, is incredibly sloppy & long after my old MX5. But I'm enjoying it otherwise.

the dieselgeek stuff does not look easy to make!

These guys seem quite serious about their stuff - but no horizontal reduction...

I'd like to see what other brands are out there and which ones are the best, making a compromise between cost and better function.
