Servicing & Mechanics? (Melbourne/west)

Hey guys

just had a general enquiry about servicing of your mk3's out there.

Anyone based in melbourne who knows of a place to get a proper service/fix for a vw golf? frankly only ones i've come across are based in the east side and the only other thing i've found is the dealership service center (Essendon being the closest one to me) :S.

- Would it be better for me to go get it done at a dealership center? just afraid they going to charge way too much for any fixes (factory parts etc).

- Are there any reputable vw/euro car specialists around melbourne? (anywhere but east?)

I get mine serviced at Complete Mechanical Centre. I've dealt with Tony for over 15 years and everyone I have recommended to him has never left him.

They will give you the choice of factory original parts or after markets.
