What Golf do you have? does it have a sway bar as stock?
Do you want front or rear?
I have a VR6 back axle here with built in swybar.

Thanks guys for the input i am going with whiteline i can get one for around $160 and i think it is good value for money
Where can you get a whiteline swaybar for $165??? I was quoted $235, but only if I paid the shop to fit it ($400 total). The price on the Whiteline website (wholesalers only) is $235, so if you can get them for $160 get me one too!
Price change best price i can get is $200
If you're gonna pay that much speak to Wal. He had Nuespeed/H&R not sure which one but better than Whiteline!
