Did you dyno the car previously?

if there is no power rise on the dyno, then there is no midrange rise in the real world.
id like to know what REAL gains there are on this upgrade you have done steve.

    Thumbs up Critics

Good that I have some of that, the dyno will be done in October I did the last dyno in Canberra at the Canberra Dyno day getting 112.2kw at wheels. I will be trying to better my ass dyno feels likes its more and makes me smile, but I would also like to see some numbers and also see what A/F ratio is!

Mid October is judgement day, until then now its the cosmetics build of this build lol

    Thumbs up Update

    Hey Fellas

Just thought that I would update you guys with the progress of the build so far, well as you can tell from most of the photos from the weekend its running lol.

Its going into paint next Tuesday and will be there for a week, getting the whole front repainted! I am still considering doing the back hatch aswell, basically shaving the hatch and possibly wiper all together but leaving the recess

    What you guys reckon

Got some goodies on the weekend that I will take some photos of when installed. What I got on the weekend was my HID kit H1's, struts for the front bonnet, aero wipers, bagdeless grille and new vr6 lip(third one this year )

Still to come are the fog lights and lower air ducts, but yet I'm still tossing and turning to get a set of headlights projectors.......ahhh the dilemas

GOSH Steve! One mod after another! The rear badge and wiper delete would look good - I'm biased though as I love a smooth look. I'm planning on doing that some time too. Just make sure it's done properly (cut and welded, rust-protected etc). Shaving the lock may accentuate the smooth look more, but you'll need to spend more on getting a solenoid and getting a keyless open to work.

Raymond I have seen the completely shaved look there is a mk3 at Sebs in black with a mk5 front, shaved rear hatch with solenoid and 16's schidts, a fair bit spent right there, and to be honest it just seems a bit to much shaved its just one big area not good I thought

He has a solenoid which opens the back hatch door I was seeing how this was being used quite good I thought
