Timing Chains fitted up.

You must use the proper VW sealant for the timing chain cover. If you use sealastic, it will leak.



Starting to come together



Just a note to you young home mechanics, if you put all the bolts back in the thing you take off and keep it all together, it makes it a lot easier to put it back togetehr. We wasted a few hours trying to find bolts which Steve did not give to us.

you need to get that schrick manifold polished properly as it looks like someone hit it with a bunnings buffing wheel. lol
