althought ur gonna have the ****test sounding sub in australia. its not even boxed. even a inverted sub has to be boxed up, unless you buy those free air subs made by pioneer.

behind the seats looks like theres about 10cm gap, you should make that the box, put a edge and a backing to it so its boxed up

Was thinking about that but its for a 10" sub and I am not that fussed about getting the biggest amount of dB just something nice and good small thump really, but I think I may built a small box, 4 sides pushing out about 5cms with a back on it and thats about it really

yeh sounds good, atleast put a small type of box for it, coz without a seal location it will sound so bad.

Yeah for sure I am going to do a sealed part for the back 5cm deep with some 3ply plywood for backing and I think that should do it.

Also forgot to mention that while I was at Loons I also picked up my GL sides

Also something from Melbourne came up and landed here last week for some NA goodness

Nice work Steve, now you can do mine I can sympathise about the water leaks, i HATE water leaks!! Mine was coming in through the antenna mount, you might want to check that also. I think mine is ok now after a dose of sikaflex, hit it with the gerni and no penetration.....so far

Thanks Simon I checked already and found that it was coming from the left hand rear tail light it wasn't screwed in right! There are 3 bolts that hold those lights in my left one was really lose I could move it with my finger and didn't have to use a spanner nothing.

Looking good Steve! Camera phone pics during the cruise wasn't as clear so it's good to see them on a bigger scale on the computer!

It looks like our Dads' have a lot in common! Mine celebrated his 50th a few weeks ago as well and he has been a good help in some of my DIY tackles by helping and providing tools He amazes me with what he has in the shed.
