Yeah the panel beater made a valid point to be honest I think I would have to do it from behind I think just leaving enough room to put the boltd through I wonder how the US guys do it

yea second pic looks sweet. but if it turns out too hard then the first option is definately good too. both looks sweet but try for number 2

i think this is a job for VW Vortex! Post a thread in the mk3 section up there asking. Im sure u will get plenty of replies. then once u know report back. Im curious!

leave the brake ducts (?) there i reckon. breaks up the bumper a bit, looks too plain without them. good mod too, looks 10x better than standard, imo.

Ahhhhhha Although I did get put on a good website on how to plastic weld which was good they talk about using Fuser seems like filler or something where can I get that from?

You could always fabricate a part to sit in the air ducts to make it as flash as possible, but still removeable.

Hmm I have thought about that but I think I might just get a flush straight I don't see why you can't just put the bolt from the back thats all.

Yeah thanks Lachie and if it comes to the worst I will do it you must be able to put it in from behind it can't be that bad!
