Haha Thanks Josh for the kind words you to tasie_euro thanks fellas

The car is still along way away from me being happy with it, I am now looking at interior stuff as well as a few more cosmetics stuff.

My grille broke if you remember me saying it came in pieces tried to glue and when I put it on with ever so little pressure it broke but there was nothing that I could do about it as it was Thursday 9PM and I was leaving 12 hours later to go to Canberra for the Autofest.

Cosmetics stuff I am now looking at new grille just been purchased!

Removal of archs, not till beginning of next year, flaring of the rear guards.

Some projectztwo side mirrors they look more stubbier than stock which is cool.

The interior will be left till next year where it will get a burberry headliner, black leather seats with white stitch and also door cards to accompany also in leather alot to do hopefully all done by the Nats next year!

Firstly I am rushing to try and get my manifold thrown in just so I can see how much I can get at the dyno day and then I will take it out where I would like to polish it, I think it will look nice

    Hope you all enjoy!

    Cheers Steve

The Pzwo mirrors take a bit of getting used to. Lurking through Vortex has cemented my love for them now though haha. Good luck in finding a set though! And doubly good luck in finding a set worth buying! They're damn rare as they're discontinued and those that have them won't let go of them. I've seen two on eBay at the one time before (one on ebay.de, another on ebay.co.uk). Both were still in primer, but the one in Germany sold for close to $500 Euros! I don't know what happened to the one in UK, but the seller had a reserve set at FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS. Some crazy **** right there, reminds me of those BBS RS301s.

Are you thinking of forking out for genuine Burberry fabric?

    Red face Long winded update

Well guys my car has come along way, and I am happy with its progress I am but I feel that there is still alot of improvement left for the car!

Sunday was judgement day for the car, getting dyno'd at Revesby with the Vortex Dyno day that they had. I tagged along on the day to see what I could get and Seb kept niggling me to do it

There were 3 other mk3 vr6s as well which was excellent as it gave me a comparison. Malteser(stock but not for long) was there good seeing you again mate and also Stifflers Mom (Matt) and his superb looking VR with a hell alot of porting!

Well pretty much that dyno day in Canberra was a waste of $40 crap reading if you ask me! But in comparison to the stock VR myself and Matt pulled some excellent numbers! In comparison to there last dyno day some also complained that the dyno was running a tad slow, I had nothing so I just went on there word!

I was able to pull 114kw at wheels with 201nm of torque, I somehow managed to pull but .1kw better than Matt but he cams torque curve lasted slightly longer as where mine kicked in 4200rpm. I know this sounds like BS but I will post up the dyno chart tomorrow for comparison! My AFR was slightly eractic but notthing stupid so it was OK

    Next Step !

Well now back to the drawing board, when I receive my Schrick from Tim I will be sandblasting the inside and port matching it! I have also decided on a big bore intake for a much smoother responce. And also a Corrado throttle body which will replace my one. The corrado throttle body even though it is the same size outside the butterfly is bigger in the inside given it more air to suck in

Anyway this was just a small update so I will be updating it hopefully in the near future.

    Cheers Steve

thats not a bad number at all. I wanna see the comparison after the schrick goes on. Wont give you a huge amount up top but should see you making power a lot earlier with just a nice bit up top as well
