I've been fascinated by it for a while now.

Cut rear windows and surrounding metal out of 3 door and weld into door.

That said, it doesn't look right to me. Just the way it's a different angle to the door line... A lot of work to do and I feel it would probably look better to just put a fixed piece in a normal rear door
