    Have always wondered this myself,
    Is it possible to do some sort of cut weld job on the control arms ?
    Or do you always have to swap to gl/cl equipment ?
    This might sound stupid but i know jack all when it comes to this stuff.

    Some of the hardcore US dubbers have swapped over to Mk2 control arms, which in turn are shorter than 2L ones. Not sure what else needs to be swapped over.

    There was a thread on Vortex years ago about it. It was a very small difference though.
