I believe there are HID's in there, although it could just be the look of the lights themselves.
They are not Hella, but some copy who's name I don't recall right now. Not sure if it's normal for this type of light or not but it seems I will have to remove part or all of the headlight to replace the parker bulbs since they are on the top of the assembly partly hidden by the strip across the front of the engine bay.

As for Tint.... it's *cough* 20% *cough*, the 35% just didin't look dark enough. Got a deal done through SolarTint Wetherill Park, $230 including stripping the old tint. Mind you this was a special special so you may not get it at that price, but the guy out there was pretty good.

The VR6 is coming together nicely.

Wolfburg fixed up the heater core today so I have heat.

    So let me see:

    2nd Key... Check
    Aircon... Check
    Heater... Check
    Window Tint... Check
    Thermo Fans... Check
    Stereo and amp... Check

I still want to have a look at the pod filter and replace it with something a little better, and while I'm there may as well go a little bit better with a cold air intake.

Also need to have a closer look at the slight pull to the left, but both the filter and that will have to wait until after I sell the MK1.

The rear power windows are a little noisy, but for the moment they work so they are not on the list.

    wheel alignment = ~$40
get that first to see what is wrong with it, then if it is something other than that, they should be able to tell you whats wrong.

It looks hot man, you should do something awesome to it. like remove the door handles and replace them with solenoids or something haha. awesome job broseph.
