New brakes?

I'll be due for a new set of brake pads / discs for front and back of my GL pretty soon.

I'm willing to fit them myself, unless i can get a good price for a pro to do it; same goes for OEM/upgrade - I'm thinking standard discs, unless i can get a good deal on some slotted/drilled ones.

Anyone have suggestions for where to get them from? - I was thinking GAP but I'm not sure there are better options locally to save on shipping costs.

I got new pads from GSLrallysport (i think) who are a sponser on here. They arrived the day i ordered them (which is unheard of in toowoomba), where cheap and feel better then whatever was previously in there. They make a hell of a lot less brake dust too. So I give them the thumbs up on all accounts. I'm sure they can probably set you up with new discs too.

Yep, send a PM to the GSL guys. I bought a set of front brake pads and service was great, price decent, and quick shipping. They'll be able to recommend the appropriate products for you too (standard vs standard+ vs performance, etc.).
