Not really sold on the wheels.
Needs chunkyer spokes and bigger brakes to pull of the look imho.

True - chunky spokes would've been better, but i couldn't find anything in Matte Black i liked... This was the best i could find.
As for brakes, thought about it, would've loved to but decided i don't have a need as this car is the "bus" and really didn't want to do too much to it. I have my MK1 to tinker on...

If you ask me.. It doesn't matter what colour the wheels come in.. You can always paint them!

Looks good. They wouldn't be my first choice, but it's not my car!

I just don't get the Jap style wheels on Euro cars.
It shows how small the brakes look and detract form the rest of the car.

As Preeny said, you could have gone some wider spoked wheels and got them powdercoated/painted black after your got them.

As he also said, it's your car though so as long as you are happy then that's all that matters.

VR brakes are chunky! Well they're certainly bigger than most cars with wheels that make the brakes look tiny lol...

Seriously, there is a bee's doodles of a gap between the wheels and the brakes...
Just wanted something different - i succeeded obviously
And detracting from the car is a bit harsh... Do you want to make me cry...?
