Hi, I urgently need the drain plug/bolt for the mk3 vr6.
Looks like I've scraped mine once too many.

It's m14x1.5x16.

Pick one up from the dealer. They're like $4.50 at most.

Part number is N90813202

OR, you can try a low profile version using sump plug N0160276 and washer N0138157. Works out a little dearer, but less likely to scrape.

OOh nice, I'll get that low profile one from the dealers tomorrow. Didn't go today as it was too late and I'm picturing them having to order in something like this from an older car.

Different part number, but the thread is the same. Obvious difference is the 1.8T one has a captive washer, and is the one most commonly sold.

They should have them, as they're meant for V6 TDI Touareg and MK6 Golf GTI.
