    Cool My sorta new mk3

    Hello fellow dubbers,
Im fairly new to the forum so i thought id share what i happily own

(4-5 months ago) i stumbled across a beauty of a golf on carsales, spotless interior 140kms and previously owned by an elderly couple the car was in good knick. Not long after i began on a few mods to it, including jom coilovers (shipped from germany for 399$) gave joeys mod a crack and turned out great, so i decided to paint a few other bits and pieces including the door mouldings, rear spoiler, front badge and wheel trims. I followed by installing the coils and lowering it till i could barely fit my iphone between the tyre and the fender, although i didnt feel like i needed to lower the rears as much because it made the stock wheels look much smaller.

Took me a while saving up some cash so i could afford some gti smoked hella rear lights

Not long after that i stupidly managed to rear end a lady thanks to my distracting phone.. lesson learnt.
forking out 1200$ through insurance left me with a couple hundred bucks and i pierced front radiator, so i set out to local scrapyards n wreckers and luckily came across an old golf with everything i needed besides the front bumper.

Managed to put everything back together quiet easily in roughly a day, which left me with the front bumper to fix. Impossible to find one over the internet i got my gf's old man to lend me his heat gun, so i desperately re melted the bumper back into place and it came out soo good especially with the new vr6 deep lip!

Finally back on the road and managed to to buy some spacers, 12mm on fronts and 15 on rear

With a new air filter installed and a good clean all thats left is my new number plate for the front which is due in the mail sometime soon.
    Cheers guys~!
