Not much to report really, still running perfect as ever.
Just deciding whether to put new coilovers in, strip it, build it and track it.
    Hmmm...decisions.
Also looking at buying a new motor for it, maybe an R32 Mk5 motor, whats involved in doing a swap like that?
    Cheers.

Sorry mate, Didn't see your comment there.
They were from a USA tuning company, can't remember man. I got them off eBay.

I have been kind of busy, car has been running like crap recently, mainly because of the coil pack. I did a DIY job on a USA spec coil pack and now got a brand new coil pack running great for half the price.
Also bought some stock BBS VR6 wheels second hand off a real nice bloke. Got them for a steal, in pretty good condition but still had to bog, fill, sand, prime and paint them. Here are some photos of the prep of the wheel/s.

Here are some parts that arrived today.
    -Cam Position Sensor
    -Fuel Filter
    -Oil Cap
    -Coolant Cap
    -3 point hose
    -PCV Valve
    -Serpentine Belt

    Thanks guys.

was the mk4 gear knob a straight swap or did you have to mod it?

The cheap $15 ebay ones fit on nicely. People tend to chop a bit of the stick to get it a shorter height as the MK4 knob is for memory 20mm higher or so then the mk3

Yeah, ebay is your answer here.
You can chop your stick but I didn't. I just used a hose clamp on the inside to tighten it down to the shifter.

    Update on my car:
I bought a new coilpack to fix my car because it wouldn't run right, bought a new one and installed it and it didnt fix the problem.
Took it to the mechanics and they said coilpack was broken, I said couldnt be and they said it was faulty. So bought new coilpack and put it one and it works great now.
So dont trust even new coilpacks!

Also bought myself a second set of BBS', I have bogged the kerb marks, sanded and sprayed them..Looks great now.
    Thanks guys.

    Hey guys,

Just a bit of an update, Pretty boring stuff really.

The T-shaped coolant hose that connects throttle body (i think) to the block and to the heater blew, so got a new one and fitted it up that same day it went and filled it up with the old pink stuff and some water and off we went.

PCV valve blew and was wide open, epoxied the sucker and all is good now. New serpentine belt is now on too!

Also my suspension is knackered, the top mounts are coming off the chassis! This is crazy. I have had FK suspension shipped so far its taken 6 weeks, only a week ETA now which is good.

All I need is suspension installation kit (top mounts/bearings/perchers)...there are a few out there but whats the best and cheapest?
Everyone is saying OEM but those threads were years old..

    Recommendations?

Thats about it really, got the refurb BBS rims on it and they look much better. All I need to do is get my suspension fitted and then save for some brakes and a matt black sticker job hopefully.
    Thanks.

    hey Jono
I have just ordered a set of heavy duty strut mount & bearing kit from German Auto Parts USA from the 'net. Also a front control arm bushing kit ('hybrid' kit - a mix rubber r32 type bushings and front position polyurethane bushings). I am told the HD kits will last a lot longer than the OEM. Cost $89 US plus shipping.
I will add comments when they get here.

Received a colant system Y tube from Gruven Parts yesterday to replace the roiginal plastic part that is leaking. The new one is machined alluminium, looks good and arrived in 1 week from USA, cost $45 + $35 shipping.
