    This is brilliant news.

By the way if you want the front doors let me know asap, would let them go for free. Otherwise theyll be heading to the scrap metal place in the next couple days!

Yeah they've pretty much been stripped of everything but the mirrors. Still swapping all that over isnt extremely hard. if youre intetested ill hang on to them, otherwise ill let them take it with the wreck. Let me know

adapters came - look just as nice as the adaptecs I had - now I just need it to stop frigging raining so I can test fit the wheels and go get some tyres!

test fitted front wheel without tyres on yet.

Looks all good - think i nailed it with the offset calculations. Be easier to tell once the tyres are on and I can drop it on to its own weight.

The hunt begins for some local 205 40 17 falkens again or otherwise i'll have to import some nankangs or something.

I need a safety certificate next so I can register it in qld and then I'll get the back guards rolled and put these wheels on!

P.S Excuse ****ty wheel flares hanging off - 3m tape is not performing as i had hoped. Also you can really see how the door doesnt match the guard here. Doesnt help that I have been away for 4 days and the car is filthy.

put some blocks of wood under the wheel so you can apply weight to it, gives a better idea of where it will sit.

soooo, if you were me and you could pick up a super rare set of azev type b's for under a grand would you?

here's what they look like if your not sure:

I could also get azev type a's for about the same (maybe a bit cheaper even) but they are not as rare.

Or should I maybe neck up and get my audi wheels on (or for that matter my rays......)
