If you'd read my first post, you'd see that I got the badges off mk3vr6, who has obviously spray painted them, as the rear one has flaked a little ^_^

Proper genuine black VW ones would be awesome, but even $25 for both off steve incl postage is enough for me.

Ive lost 2 right reflectors already, they keep falling out
I want to replace them with kamei air intakes... not that they make them any more but theres a mob who do a good knock off. If only their stupid paypal merchant didnt think my CC was lost/stolen!

Oh and yes, the wolf thing is very much the idea

any chance you're thinking about colour coding those headlight surrounds while your in cosmetic mod mode?

oh and why would taking the badges off the rear be permanent? they're only stuck on with adhesive arent they? just stick them back on if you want... but yes, i'm also a fan of the bare ass but with vr6 on the front grille

I'm glad that you like them Matt, they look kind of funny seeing them on the otherside of Australia lol.

I made sure I scuffed them first before I attempted to paint them! I used a spray can from Supercheap As I was not really fussed! But they look really awesome on your car Matt

No badges at all for m, except of course for the VW badge, can't live with out the VW. I went the otherway, replacing my black front badge with a nice chrome one. It needed a little colour in the front. But other than the exhaust note, it's your classic sleeper Just the I like it. Makes all those VL drving P platers cry

Depends who you talk to but there is a bit of process involved, they have to take your rear window out as they are welding really close to the window and it could break, they don't want to pay 600 bucks for a new one.

Once they remove the window then they weld a piece of metal to the hatch, firstly sanding it down so they can get clear contact with the weld to metal! Then they sand it down to smooth!

Around about $500 your looking at for both and I helped remove the badge and window mechanism, so it would be easier for them!
