ray used to run 15x8 at et15 on the rear (correct me if i'm wrong)

So i reckon a 20/25 will be reasonably flush, you'll probs have to roll you arch lips though (depending on height too)

Yeah cool, I'll run with an et 25 for the rear and yeah it will be sitting as low as possible.. I'll post pics when it all comes together in the next few weeks.

I have no idea where to get a 165 45 16 tyre from, Anyone know??

Hit up Dom for odd sized tyres.
8" ET20 rear will be proper good on the rear, 6" ET20 front would be just inside the guard.
Have a good search through MK3 section on Vortex VWVortex.com - Golf III & Jetta III plenty of guys running D90s on adapters so should get a good idea of what to aim for.
Speak to Adaptec Speedware for adapters, they seem to the bizz when it comes to adapters

165/45's shouldn't be too hard to come across, i've heard of a few people getting there hands on them without too much difficulty

Haven't actually bought anything from them yet, but their customer service/communication is second to none.
