I used to do this on corners with a little bit of gravel, once the slide is initiated through a small scandy flick and a bit of lift off (closed and private roads, of course). I have calmed down alot since, and realised that you really need a rwd to do it properly, and realise my car is just a nice little fwd girls car I still love it though!

Just a word of warning, don't try any of this in a paddock. My first car, $200 special Mk1, wound up on its side with 4 people in it after digging a little hard into the dirt. Ahhh, fond memories and such stupidity!

Yea my mk3 does it. The suspension is shot to hell and comming into an off-camber corner is heaps of fun if there is enough space.

The problem is it is very un-predictable whereas I'm a lot more comfortable Pogo pushing it through an off camber (and lighting them up on the exit )

we are hoping to do a vwwatercooled day up at DECA in shepparton. They have a skid pan and a small track out the back. Maybe later in the year though. Its a good way to learn what your car does in a controlled environment
