I don't know how you deduced your battery as fine, but it sounds to me like it's on it's last legs. Our work ute was doing the same thing before we fitted a new battery. As did the fork lift. As for bridging pins, wouldn't have a clue. See if you can't find someone with a VAGCOM cable and a laptop.

Also, before repalcing the battery, make sure you battery teminals are tight, and get the battery onto a charger for a while. You may have a dodgy contack, which is not allowing full current flow from battery to starter, and alternater to battery, hence, bugger all power.

My battery is fine. Iit was fine 1 moment then it was stuffed and the headlights work perfect when the engine is off they not dull or anythin so it wouldnt be the battery and i also cheked it with volt meter just to be sure and its also fine and and i cheked all contacts and relays they all fine so im thinking its 1 of the censors.

We're just checking to see if you've checked it thoroughly - it sounds very much like a battery problem. It could be a faulty ignition switch too - I had power shortages to my stereo, so it could be something to replace. They're prone to failing as it's just plastic.

If you're in the south-west area, Matt from Camden GTI in Campbelltown can help you out with everything including having your car scanned with a VAGCOM. Call him, 0423 051 737.
