Just got a thought....maybe we should have a 'technical archive' on this site were all know VW data is cataloged and stored.........just a thought.

Yeah Mate. We already have a forum for items like this. It became known as "Interesting Articles" as items such as this ended up there. A thread such as this one would be way too long for it. I appeal to anyone who can contribute info or experiences that will be useful to others to write about it there. We can all benefit I just don't have the time to do the editing of tech stuff. Any volunteers?????
