I don't understand?????
96 mk2 cabrio with a carby ????
I believe a 96 Golf cabrio sold in Aus would have a 2 litre injected engine and be called a Golf3.
More precise info would help
its a 1996 MkII 2 litre and it stalls without any rhyme or reason that I can work out. I have used carby clean to clean out the carby (suggested by a mechanic) and it ran well for a week but has now started to stall again, this time worse than before.
I was told that they had this habit and need the carby cleaned by spraying in to the carby and around the butterfly etc.
Does anyone have any insight into this problem (cheap and easy solutions preferred)
