Just for your sake, I'll refrain from telling you to read my thread properly crystal white pearl bro, same as the new Mazda 3's/6's.

All good mate. Spoke to the sprayer today about the paint properties/curing etc. I'm able to give it a full machine polish and sealant/full detail about 10 days after the baking which works nicely

I only skim most threads and if there's nothing of immediate interest i don't bother. You should have thrown in a random slang term for breasts somewhere to catch my attention and i would have read on! haha.

I just mean don't put masking tape on it or sit anything on it as it will leave a mark. When the Mk1 was done (in candy white baked enamel), i was told to be very careful of that. My mate (whose old man's shop painted my car) went ballistic at me for sitting a CRC can down on the bare paint of his Hilux engine bay a week after it was done. Hahaha.

Hahaha yeah breasts always get great attention. Rightfully so...

Yeah I'd go nuts at you too dude!! I know all about it I'm actually going to buff the car before I put it all back together due to the exact reason you mentioned above - tape. Tape's a nightmare, I was still getting some off this morning from when I had garbage bag windows like two weeks ago - not to mention my car didn't have soft paint at this time!

Oops! I forgot to post the few pictures I took hehe. They aren't very interesting, but I thought I may as well...

Took us about 40 mins fiddling around to get it on the trailer...good old low car, fouling the edge of the trailer with the subframe hahaha:

Mk4 GTI rims look 100492 times better than the phat 5 spokes your rocking nowdays. Just my opinion though, but you should totally re rock them again.

Territory's are so good! The AWD ones drift well...

So they're capping the cost at $1000? That's pretty damn good in my books.

Mate, I'd do it but the GTI wheels are a measly 6.5 inches wide...pathetic. Stay tuned though...you may like future potentials.

I hate Territory's; SO much. I guzzled a quarter tank of fuel driving ermington>seven hills>ermington - about 14km x 3. It's sluggish, way too big for any of my family's needs and such a waste of metal...but anyway

He said maximum 1000 before I asked him to finish the hatch off for me - personally, I'm expecting $1300-1400 or so, but I'm going to do some detailing for him so I'm assuming we'll work it out after I've done work for him too. I am getting looked after though
