Its not that hard to put a bead there though. Either way thats one thing that I did to mine it clears up the lines very nicely!

it'll last atleast 1 year! I know that much from my own experience!

Fibreglass or metal filler would probably be a better solution given no access to a welder..

    Re: mickey's vr6 thread

I used fibreglass on my tx3 to fill and it was fine for 3 years. Used bog on the golf and it cracked within a year.

Bog is fine for really small things like dents, but that bit under the lights is too big - it'll crack

How big are dents compared to this?!?!

These lines are small...only 2mm deep at best. If it cracks, then fine, but I don't think that will happen for a while.

    Pinhole dents bro.

Bog it if you want, but you've already succumbed to the windscreen peer pressure...

EDIT: I guess the bog is just in a bad spot. Like Adrian said, chassis flex. Just better to be safe than sorry. Also depends if you care, coz you might not give a f*&# then just sell it off within a year or two haha

Don't mean to sound negative, just trying to make suggestions. I'll just shutup from now

Haha no worries bro, I was just surprised to hear what I thought a small bogging area could crack. Granted, they're in a bad position....but meh. I'm not bothered at the moment. If/when it cracks I'll fix it haha. I plan to keep the car anyway

Ps, I've used bog for bigger dents than pinhole on my car...and to my understanding they shouldn't crack at all. Maybe it's cos they're flatter, over a wider surface though.

Progress: Painted up everything else that needed paint tonight, but I bloody forgot to re-do the bit on the driver door so I'll have to do that tomorrow. The only things left to do now are wetsand the things I've painted, and wetsand the door frames/boot frame and it's done

Thanks to two mates who came around today, the car is......done!

The rear bumper-top needs to be wetsanded tomorrow afternoon but it's all done and it's ready for the panelbeaters on saturday morning

When can we expect to see glossy, fresh, clean paint? Mid-next week sometime?

Pics asap, before you even drive it please!
