    that conduit is called "Loom Tube" at Jaycar.

    Peosonally I think Loom Tube it looks Tacky and Cheap.

    I prefer using cable ties.
    It allows me to keep the oem wiring flow when cable runs splits up and Small wire runs fitted with Loom Tube look big and bulky.

    Another alternative is the "Spiral Binding"...

    just wind it around wires to keep them together nomatter what thinkness... cut them to differnet lengths etc. Does not bulk up small wire runs.

    I used 3 different sizes of loom tube to suit the thickness of the wiring run required, hence why my engine bay doesn't look ridiculous with thick loom tube running everywhere...

    Spiral binding is also a fantastic way of looming your wires. It's simply a matter of personal preference
