Not a constant leak as the stain on the driveway is only a recent thing although I have topped up my coolant three times in my ownership so it's either being used or leaking slowly. Not sure what parts are it as I haven't really done anything with the engine. Been going on the dont fix it if ain't broken yet. Haha. But will definitely be giving it all a massive service now.

That'd be sick! The only other vr I've ever seen up close is HaydEn's would be sweet to meet up with the Sydney fellas on the way down.

Sounds like a decent enough plan to me. I should order my wider and lower gear..

Did a vag com scan today, this is what showed up.

2 Faults Found:
00668 - Supply Voltage Terminal 30
07-10 - Signal too Low - Intermittent
01247 - Activated Charcoal Filter (EVAP) System Solenoid Valve 1 (N80)
37-00 - Faulty

01247 = EVAP is connected into the air filter I believe and is only an emissions thing. If this is correct than this has been unconnected for ages as I have had a cold air intake connected since I bought it no problems. So that isn't the issue.

00668 = After some reading can be any electrical related fault. Got a new battery recently so could have been from that or possibly a relay is stuffing up so that's what I'm going to suss out.

Found the leak and it's oil not coolant. It's leaking from a part to the right of where the oil filter is. Not sure what it's called but there's three nuts with an oil seal around it and there was a little hole in the seal so i just smudged it over. Hopefully someone understands what I mean and can tell me what it is.

Rolled right rear fender completely flat as I got my hands on a mates heat gun. Not the best job in the world unfortunately. That sums up today!

After some research the part that's leaking is the oil cooler. Apparently a common fault, just needs to be tightened or a new seal hopefully.

Cheers buddy. Got some orange tint and black coming that I might do the indicators with. Not happy with the finish of nightshade. Fogs are staying yellow though. Simmons are on there way just got to finish up the guards and get the spacers / tyres all sorted.
