Yeah I swapped the mk4 beetle alloys I had for sale for a set of steelies with money on top. Kinda getting over trying to get the Simmons to fit...

I will. Hopefully getting tyres next week and then I just need to get them on.

Supercheap got the better of me. Bought oil, coolant, clay bar kit and ordered the spark plugs. $15 per spark plug. Wow. Now just gotta make the time to do it all.

Starting to think there's no way I'm getting these Simmons on the front. 25mm spacers brings them to 16x7 et0 and outer bolts still hit caliper a lot. Might be more do able on early vr with smaller brakes or something. Anyways I think they're going to be going in hopes of finding something else.

Changed oil and spark plugs. Found the intermittent issue to be a bad ht lead. After a quick spin around the block problem seems to have gone although was intermittent so only time will tell but for now all is well again.
