    LSD in a Mk3...

    Anyone got a slippery in their Mk3? Anyonw know of links of where who, what why? Etc... What sort of $$$ and what box to put it into?

    The word "Quaife" comes to mind.

    No idea on cost though.

    Well, the quaife's and stuff are around 1000US, but then you have to get them fitted.

    If you're keen, and very keen, you can do it yourself, but i don't think you'll get much change from another 1000 in labour and little parts, etc...

    KAAZ make LSD's for VW's. 1.5 way LSD's for MK3 VR6 and MK4 GTi. Ill get a preice 2moro.

    Torque biasing diffs are easier on axles and transmissions as aposed to an LSD like the KAAZ.

    The only thing with a torque biasing diff is dont lift your foot if your up on 2 wheels as the diff will unwind giving u no forward motion and the back end coming round on ya

    have a new never fitted vw motorsport lsd for a 020 or 02a gearbox $2500.
