Installation is going to be the main problem if you get someone to do it, looks like it may cost you the better part of $1000 to do it

Check out Bildon Motorsport in the USA. Clutch type LSD will cost about $830.00 US.

Yes, in that you won't spin up the inside wheel on tight turns and it'll make your arms ache as they fight you, to straighten up when you have your foot down.

VRs often have EDL, which is like it says electronic and IIRC is only a help when you set off from a stand still with one wheel one the loose, it stops working above about 20kmh.

The added expense of an LSD is the main thing that stops me from going forced induction. With that extra power I think you'd have to use an LSD, after paying for the FI don't think I can justify the extra cash When I worked out Vortech plus LSD plus install plus bits n pieces not much change from 10k

    and what's wrong with that???

I've always heard, that all up, you're looking at about 2K+ once it's all done. I wouldn't worry about one till you are runnig major power, ie 20VT or VR6T or something like that.
