light bulb for instrument cluster

mmm i have been procrastinating for a year to change it but my sister criticised it the other day when she was driving my car so now my ego has been bruised...

its not a hard operation, i can take a dig. photo of the service manual instructions if you want.

here's the deal:

auto one didn't have any of these bulbs

b@rloworld wanted $8 each which they'd have to order in from VW

vw v!llage didn't have any of the 2W light bulbs, they charged me $5 for a 1.2W bulb (my gym is right near there so thought i'd pop in)

repco has a NARVA brand LED (product number 47890) which can be used instead of the original OSRAM bulb.

Camperdown Repco is ordering me in 2.

I got my replacement

lamps

from supacheap auto in QLD .
they were only a few dollars for a two pack of cheapies that are still going strong today.
not sure if they still stock them though
