There a clip there (first photo), you need to get it on properly and it can be a bit tricky.
As for the rest of the photos, looks fine, my bumper sits lower than yours and I have a bigger gap.

to reveal a scrapping sound going over bumpy road , coilover on wheels??
and it also happens when I accelerate
not excessive acceleration just moderate

Probably wheel arch rubbing still. When you accelerate the rear drops enough to scrape.
inspect your wheel arch and you should visibly see the problem.

Those wheels don't hit anything unless it's guard or lining from ride height. They do not hit suspension or brakes.
