    I like my 2.0

Just wanted to share with everyone, I like my 2.0.

It could be faster....but then i'd get more tickets.
    It could be newer...but then it'd be a mk4.
It could do a better job of finding first gear...but at least it's not auto.
It could be less rattly in there...but then it wouldn't be dropped on 17's.
It could have brighter shining headlights...but at least they aren't stock.
It could have a headliner in it....but then I wouldn't be able to see my tv.

It could be a lot of things, but it aint. All I know is I've owned it a long time..I like my 2.0

    It has great brakes
    It brakes down alot.

    I suppose if it didn't, it wouldn't be a VR6

Thats the spirit! How does everyone feel about their mk3's? It would be cool if we could keep the poetic vibe going too.

I just thought of another line..
I have electric windows...but they all work. ( I know i'm an idiot for saying that, touch wood.)

    My VR6:

    It's Fast
    It's Noisy
    It's Leather
    It's Black
    It's Expensive (to maintain)
    It's Love

At the end of the day anything with a VW Badge on it has *something* wrong with it. There is always a "thing" that you want or need to repair/replace/upgrade. If it wasn't for those things though... it just wouldn't be the same. The alternative is to buy a Camry (I feel like banning myself just for saying that).

    Its fast
    Its green
It's so green ill never loose it in a shopping centre car park (happened alot with my last white car)
Its small, girls dig it that im man enough to drive a small car... then the realise it has a v6 in it, but theyre still cool with it.
    It has a LEATHER INTERIOR.
It has been hewn from a solid block of depleted uranium by germans.

It is due for a service though

Breaks down a lot? Perhaps this is related to the following?

My car is slightly overdue for a service, about 20,000km over or so. Ive been a student for the last 6 months and had no cash to spend on the car, iv'e just been keeping an eye on the oil levels and water levels and what not.
    Just a thought.

    Cheers

Haha cool post bombsquad21. As slow as it is, I still love my 2.0L.

It could be faster... but it's a fuel saving 4-cylinder.
It could be less harsh... but then it'd wouldn't corner either.
It could scrape less... but I won't be centimetres from the ground.
