How do I remove the door mouldings on a VR?

Hey guys,
I'm wanting to remove my door mouldings (the ones half way up the exterior of the door) are these clip on jobbies or glued/double sided on?

on a 95 model they clip on

on a 94, they are slotted and cliped. Run your middle finger up between the trim and metal, when you feel a clip "tight spot" push your thumb against the metal. THis way you will not snap the trim, very common if you yank it out with 4 fingers.
