Damage can obviously occur from this and from other things while having UBERLOW cars (but that bit is obvious).

A medium is always the best compromise. Trust me on that, because I know it from small experience too high and it will fly around like a plane or a boat; too low, and it will just pull itself out of line and not be as responsive as it should; if you're in the middle you will have less bumps, more body roll, less dumpage but at the same time a much better ride, all round.
you are a god send mickey. thanks so much. I'm thinking of running my ksports nice and low at first, then raise them up once im over the novelty (if that is possible).

I'll let you know how it all goes. Pics will be up as soon as i get her done. its looking to be all done within 2 weeks hopefully.

Cheers champ! It's nice to know information is appreciated. Hey, after all - I know what I know only through means of this forum. I put it completely down to the lads that gave me advice when I was wee in the volkswagen scene.

Oh and by the way! I am running quite low and my car doesn't handle as well as it could. I'm not suffering, I (and the car) still love hooking into corners and screaming through the outside (in the speed limit of course)
