Help!! Will these wheels fit!!!

I've been offered some amazingly sexy wheels for the golf but I am such a female when it comes to wheels and sizes etc..
Okay I currently have e30 BMW s3 15" and I'm wanting to put on
2002 BMW vial alpina 13"x6" 4x100 wheels in black, here's the offsets he gave me: negative offset -105mm, positive offset +70mm, actual offset 35mm or plus 35mm..
I have no clue what any of that means well kinda not really haha so any help would be awesome as I really like these wheels!!! I'm thinking they might fit?

Im not sure if 13's will fit over the brakes on a mk3 but be sure to get answer from people who really know mk3's and don't just take my word for it haha

The stud pattern, width and offset will be fine, but 13's sound like theyll be a bit too small.

13's on a mk3 aye. I like your style haha. You're gonna need some hooooooge tyres to keep the rolling diameter close to original. Also mk3 brakes at 10.1" IIRC. So if they do fit, it'll be dam close! Any chance you can test fit prior to purchase?

Had a closer look at my wheels and firstly I'm stupid and my current wheels are 14" so there's no way 13"s would fit but ahwell I still want new wheels!! So if anyone has any 4x100 14 or 15" pm me LOL
