Help!!! Running like a dog

hey guys

have abit of a problem, my car seems to hesitate and run like a dog the first few minutes of startup, but today it was doing it quiet abit,

seems to have flat spots and hesitations and sudden bursts of power,

its the 8v so far have done:

spark plugs (silber bosch)
leads
dist. cap
rotor
oil pressure pipe thing
timing belt and all that

what to do now,

MAF sensor,coil pack
air filter
any vaccuum leaks?

air filter is a k&n drop in , how do i test maf sensor and coilpack...

as for vacuum leaks i am unknown on that one

I had that to my car, then cleaned the mass air flo sensor (MAF) by taking it apart and cleaning it gently with a small paint brush with metho and now smooth. Also good idea to clean the throttle body also. I thought the car was out of tune or something, but once cleaned it was great.
