    Help! New starter motor for Tdi required

    Just been toLd the starter motor is dead on my Mk3 Tdi, and been quoted $500 fitted for a genuine Bosch or Valeo one - is that a good price? Have I any better options?
    Mk3 Golf Tdi about to sell
    Mk 1 Golf GLD somewhere in a paddock!
    Mk1 Golf Cabriolet
    MK2 Golf Turbo diesel engine and 5 sp gearbox

    Just go second Hand. Try EVM auto parts at Sumner they are a Euro wreckers and I got a second hand one for 200
