Clear film protector for the win, they are awesome and you won't be able to tell anything besides them coming up a little shiney.

How much were they as I am getting ready to revamp my front end

MK3VR6, I have another pair for sale. $400 pick-up in Melb or $420 shipped anywhere in Oz. You will struggle to find them for under $600 (to your door) anywhere else.

I agree with the clear film (but might need to get someone to do it as I could see me butchering the job)

I voted for paint. I want to see colour coded colour concept green hella dual rounds!!

I'm pretty interested in picking up a pair too, although wasnt planning to anytime soon. $420 is very very tempting. Do they pump out more light then the stock headlights??

MUCH better than the stock lights. A lot whiter too (my stock lights were very yellow). I haven't got them adjusted quite right just yet, but they are definately much much clearer, brighter, whiter than the stock lights.

Here are the only pics I have of the induction pipe. I didn't end up having to remove the carbon canister, I simply ran the pipe down beside the serpentine belt (needed to cable tie it to keep it away from the belt) and poked it through into fresh, cold air! Alex (KI11Z) has run the same pipe in his VR6, so I know u can do it in the VR as well...

Yeah, mine had Xenon HID system in them, so they were MILES ahaead of the stock lights!!! The light pattern is fantastic in the Hellas with any type of bulb, and are probably the best upgrade you can make to the Mk3's lighting system IMO...

    Cheers!!!
