just changed the fuel filter last week when it started getting bad.
Have you tried doing a VAG COM at all? Maybe it is bringing up some error codes.
I'm soo euro even my missus is shaved...

I clear it and it comes straight back.... any ideas? according to what i have read, its an injector issue....

does it die after starting? or does the starter motor not move at all?
if the former, it could be the key chip not registering with the reader in the ignition - take it out and try again
not sure of the cure if it is the latter problem though...

might be a silly question. but are your spark plugs in good condition?
That code is for the lambda sensor in the exhaust which analyses the exhaust gas.
If this is dodgy, it will not read immediately, only after engine has generated more gas. This is why car will not start first time.
Change the sensor and you are in

I do need to change the plugs actually, i am having trouble finding a tool that can get the plug boot off, my plastic one is rooted.
