Everyone is giving me wierd looks because my bonnet isn't painted.
I have a rusty bonnet on, I get weirder looks haha..... Plus my "speed holes" in the side. It's good to see you're doing the Vento front end swap right and actually painting it to match

I am having a major dilemma.
I can't decided whether to paint the bonnet same colour as the car or do a decoupage of some cool magazines or newspaper something.
The reason this has come to light is professional paint jobs are expensive and I don't trust myself to paint it.
Any who, your opinions would be appreciated.
If you do some sort of paper mache thing everyone will be like "oh it's like the mighty mods mk3". I say either get it painted professionally, wrap it in a matte colour or simply spray it primer gray and stencil a Maltese cross (or something) on the bottom righthand corner haha.
